When viewing certain items and collections within the Massachusetts Archives Digital Repository, there is a chance you will receive an error message such as:

“Unable to open [object Object]: Error loading image at /Render/render/resource/…”

“Invalid or corrupted PDF file.”

This is an ongoing technical issue with our digital repository system, and staff at the Archives are actively working to fix it. If there is a particular digital item that you would like to look at, please contact us and our staff will do their best to assist you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
